Film Institute | Supervisory Board

The responsibilities of the Board include amongst others the determination of the Funding Guidelines and the by-laws, approval of the annual budget estimate and the evaluation of the funding aims.

The Supervisory Board consists of representatives of the Ministry for Education, Arts and Culture, the Federal Ministry of Economy, Family and Youth, the Federal Ministry of Finance and the Finanzprokuratur (Federal Law Office), members of the Trade Union and the Austrian Economic Chamber as well as five expert representatives from the Austrian film industry, representing the areas of production, direction, scriptwriting, and marketing.
